The WA Wanderers Bushwalkers are a social walking group for gay guys and their freinds, who are keen to get outside and enjoy Western Australia's countryside with an easygoing and friendly group.
Most of us live in Perth, however visitors from out of state or overseas are encouraged to join our walks.
All ages are welcome to join us on these day walks, that vary from easy to more challenging.
We walk on the 3rd Sunday of every month. Check out the Calendar of Events for information about our up coming walks and events. The WA Wanderers Bushwalkers meet at 8.30am at he verandah of the Dome Cafe, corner of Vincent and Oxford Streets, Leederville, for a 9 am departure. Free parking on Sundays is available along Richmond Street (just north of the Dome Cafe) that runs between Oxford & Loftus Streets but check the parking signs first. You can also contact the walk leaders for an alternate pickup point on the way to the walk location. Bring with you; Lunch & Snacks & Plenty of Drinking Water Hat, Sunscreen, Insect Repellant & Appropriate Footwear Please ensure you are properly equipped to make the day a safe and enjoyable time for everyone. There are no fees to come on a walk, and you can catch a lift with another person driving to the walk start location. Our practice is to pay the driver:
